அழுக்காறு என ஒரு பாவி திருச் செற்று, தீயுழி உய்த்து விடும்.
பொழிப்புரை :
பொறாமை எனும் ஓர் எண்ணம், கொண்டவனின் செல்வத்தையும் சிறப்பையும் சிதைத்துத் தீய நரகில் ஆழ்த்தி விடும்.

விரிவுரை :
பொறாமை என்கின்ற ஒரு தீய ’எண்ணம்’, கொண்டவனின் செல்வத்தைச், சிறப்பை, மேன்மையைச் சிதைத்து தீது நிரம்பிய நரகில் ஆழ்த்தி விடும். ஆறறிவு படைத்த மனிதனிற்குச் சிந்தனையே பலமும், பலவீனமும். மனிதருக்கு நேர்மறை எண்ணங்களும், நல்வழிச் சிந்தைகளும், நன்னெறி ஒழுக்கமும் மேம்பாட்டை நல்கும். மாறாக தீய எண்ணமாகிய பொறாமை, ஒரு சிறு தீப்பொறி போலும் அவனது நற் சிந்தனையை முதலில் பாழ்படுத்தி விடும். அதால் கூடவே கிழைத்தெழும் கீழ்மை எண்ணங்களும், பகை, கோபம், ஆசை, களவு, பொய், சூது, சூட்ச்சி, தாபம், வியாதி, நிம்மதி இன்மை, குறுகிய மனப்பான்மை, குறுக்கு புத்தி அனைத்தும் கூடி நின்று கொண்டாடி அனைத்துக் கெடுதல்களையும் அள்ளி வழங்கும். ஆதலின் இயற்கையான வளர்ச்சிக்கு மாறாக, முன்னேற்ற எண்ணங்களும், முயற்சிகளும் முடக்கப்பட்டு அவனிடம் உள்ள வளங்களும் அழிந்து போகும். ஒருபுறம் முன்னேற்றங்கள் தடுக்கப்பட்டும், மறுபுறம் இருப்பில் இருப்பவை தீங்கில் செலவாகியும் அவனது வீழ்ச்சி அதி விரைவில் நிகழும். தீய எண்ணத்தால் செயற்படுத்தப்படும் தீய வினைகளால் இருக்கும் பொருளும், நற் பெயரும் அழிந்து, சிறப்புக்களும், சீரும் முழுவதுமாகக் கெட்டுப் போய் விடும். அதால் பொறாமை கொண்டவன் உதவிகளையும் நண்பர்களையும் இழந்து நரக வாழ்வை மேற் கொள்ள வேண்டி வரும். எனவே ஒரு சிறு தீப் பொறியாகிய பொறாமை எனும் தீய எண்ணம் அவனது செல்வத்தையும், சிறப்பையும், வாழ்வையும் நரகப் படுத்துவதைத் தொடர் நிகழ்வாய் நடாத்தி மொத்த நட்டத்தில் விரைந்து தள்ளி விடும்.

An idea called jealous devastates the one who conceived it, by destroying his properties, prosperities and the eminence and drowning him in the domain of evils. Thinking is the strength and weakness for the human beings who have got six senses. For human beings positive attitude, good thinking and good virtues will give progress and betterments. On the contrary, the bad idea called jealous, just like a spark of fire will destroy the good thinking firstly. Then the subsidiary low thinking such as enmity, angry, excess desires, stealing, lie, conspiracy, deceit, self pity, disease, no peace, narrow-mindedness and shortsightedness along with envy will gather together and be more liberal in enduring all evils at grand scale. Therefore all progressive thoughts and efforts will be stopped against the normal course of development and growth and his resources and belongings will get destroyed. One side all the progress gets stopped and the other side all the reserves gets exhausted and his inescapable fall happens at rapid speed. By all the bad deeds executed due to ill thinking, all belongings and reserves, good name, reputation and eminence get completely destroyed. Because of that one gets devoid of his friends and helps and must lead a life of hell. Therefore, one simple fire spark like bad idea called envy can destroy his entire wealth, eminence and life and gradually turn it into a hell and drown him to disaster in totality.
